1. The 48-Hour Rental Cycle
To ensure every child has access to their favorite costume on time, our standard rental period is 48 hours. We recommend booking in advance for peak festival seasons:
- Pickup: One day prior to the scheduled event.
- Return: One day after the event (on or before 9:00 PM).
2. Zero-Advance Booking
We operate on a "Date-Lock" foundation built on mutual trust:
- No Booking Fee: For standard rentals, a confirmed "Date-Lock" via WhatsApp serves as a secure reservation. No advance payment or security deposit is currently required to book.
- Screenshot Booking: Simply take a screenshot of your preferred inventory item and confirm your date.
3. Late Return & Extensions
Since we operate on a tight schedule to serve all of Madurai's schools and theatrical events, delays affect other performers:
- Late Return Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 per day will be charged for any returns occurring after the agreed 48-hour cycle.
- Advance Request: If you foresee a delay, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your return time to discuss potential extensions.
4. Delivery & Pickup Logistics
While we primarily offer a "Visit the Studio" experience in Simmakkal, we support wider logistics:
- Self-Handled: Pickup and return are primarily handled by parents to ensure you can personally inspect the masterpiece quality.
- Courier Services: We support returns and deliveries via courier within Madurai, provided all delivery charges are borne by the client. Please inform us via WhatsApp before sending any courier.
5. Damage & Loss Policy
Every masterpiece is inspected immediately upon return. Parents are responsible for the physical integrity of the costume and its accessories:
- Item Inspection: We perform a 10-point structural check upon return.
- Damage Fines: Extra charges will be levied for any repairable damage, stains (if home-wash was attempted) or missing accessories (Police whistles, toy guns, jewelry).
- Loss: In the event of total loss or permanent damage, the full replacement value of the costume will be required.
